About Us

The CELESTE Association of Allottees is an independent, voluntary body formed by homebuyers of the Celeste project to collectively safeguard their lawful interests and pursue remedies against delays and irregularities.

We are not a commercial entity, nor do we represent any developer or authority. We are a group of committed buyers who have come together to coordinate, organize, and lead the legal and regulatory fight in a structured, transparent, and disciplined manner.

Our Purpose

  • Unite buyers under a formal platform.
  • Coordinate with lawyers, regulators, and authorities.
  • Pursue every viable legal option: RERA, Consumer Court, EOW, Civil litigation, land title remedies, and appellate forums.
  • Ensure effective representation of over 1,100 affected buyers.

Our Approach

  • Structured Legal Action: Multiple lawyers and experts consulted to finalize the roadmap.
  • Collective Representation: Common complaints or coordinated individual filings.
  • Transparency & Discipline: Decisions taken after due deliberation; members expected to respect collective outcomes.
  • Funding Commitment: Onetime contribution into the Association’s official bank account, with cooperation for additional reasonable amounts if required. Contributions are strictly nonrefundable.

Safeguards

  • Committee members/admins are fellow buyers volunteering their time, not employees or agents, and cannot be held personally liable.
  • References to Godrej Properties Limited and Shree Siddhi Infrabuild Private Limited (Ahmedabad, owned by Mukesh Patel) are made solely for lawful representation of allottee concerns. Nothing herein shall be construed as defamation unless determined by a competent authority.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to Gujarat jurisdiction only.

Commitment

This fight will not be easy, but it is winnable if buyers remain united, disciplined, and committed. The Association exists to provide structure, representation, and strength to the collective effort. We invite all members to support constructively, contribute responsibly, and trust the process as we move forward together.
