Content Policy
The Association is committed to publishing information responsibly and in good faith.
Wherever reasonably practicable, information is verified through project documents, builder communications, regulatory filings, public records, site observations, photographs, videos, member submissions, and other relevant evidence.
Information that cannot be independently verified may be identified as an allegation, concern, opinion, member submission, or unverified report.
Unless determined by a competent court, tribunal, regulatory authority, or statutory body, the Association shall not present allegations, grievances, complaints, or member experiences as established facts or conclusive findings of wrongdoing.
The Association reserves the right to edit, refuse, withhold, redact, or remove content that is unsupported, unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, confidential, or otherwise inappropriate.
